CranioSacral Therapy
(in training Level 1)
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic approach that aims to release tension and restrictions in the horse's craniosacral system. This system includes the brain, spinal cord, and surrounding tissues, as well as the cranial bones, spine, and sacrum.
By releasing restrictions and tension in the craniosacral system, the performance of the central nervous system is enhanced, which can, in turn, support the body’s natural healing mechanisms and promote its function.
CranialSacral Therapy is commonly used to address:
Alleviating pain in the musculoskeletal and nervous system
Supporting recovery from physical accidents and injuries
Improving posture and movement
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders
Behavioural issues and emotional challenges
